ACD manufactures Pigment Dispersions & Color Concentrates both in Solid & Liquid form based on various resins like Nitrocellulose, Polyamide, Vinyl, PVB, CAB, Acrylic, Polyester, Acrylic Polyol, UV oligomers etc. These Pigment Dispersions & Color concentrates can be used in Printing Inks, Automotive Paint, Wood Lacquer, Inkjet Digital, Marking Inks, Cosmetics and UV Inks. The products are marketed under trade name “COLOR PLUS”.

Formation of Asha Penn Color Pvt. Ltd. – A Joint Venture between Asha Dispersions Pvt. Ltd. and Penn Color, Inc, USA to expand global footprint alongwith introducing new technologies in Pigment Dispersions.
2025
Formation of Asha Color Dispersions Pvt. Ltd. by selling 100% equity of Asha Penn Color Pvt. Ltd. to a strategic investor with extensive experience in Nitrocellulose and overall Manufacturing industry
